Meet the Team
Michael E. Collins, R.Ph., FIACP
Michael has been in pharmacy practice since 1980; He formed Healthway Pharmacy in 1985, and has been involved in multiple other pharmacies in his career. His passion in pharmacy is still focused on compounding custom formulations of medications for unique problems. Michael’s passion outside of pharmacy is spending time with his family. This could be at a ski resort, on the lake, or, more than likely, at a golf course. Michael is most proud of the team that he has assembled to allow him to focus on problem-solving for Patients.
Eddie Wright, PharmD., ABAAHP, FAAMM
Eddie has been in pharmacy since 2009 and has been with Healthway since 2019. He brings passion into patient care with everyone he talks to and enjoys providing personalized care for all. He has additional training with the American Board of Anti-Aging and Health Practitioners (ABAAHP) and completed a Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM). He enjoys spending time with his family, wife, 5 boys, and twin girls. That’s a lot. He does enjoy the outdoors and all the excitement of concerts. He is looking to move pharmacy into the future with compounding specialized medications and providing top-quality care for patients.
Larry Greene
Larry has been in the pharmacy industry for over 30 years and has been at Healthway since 2011. Larry spends his days consulting with providers. He visits with them to answer their questions about compounded medications and how the medications may be helpful for their patients. He enjoys his free time with his family, especially his six grandchildren (whom he can send home).
Melissa Beyer, C.Ph.T.
Melissa has been a dedicated pharmacy technician since 2005, passionate about helping others and ensuring the best care possible. When she is not working, you can find her with family and 5 fur babies. She loves the great outdoors: hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing, and hunting. She also enjoys listening to music and going to concerts whenever she can!
Ansley Crenshaw, C.Ph.T.
Ansley began her pharmacy journey in 2017 and has not looked back since starting. She was born and raised in Georgia and loves helping and caring for the communities she is in. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, trying new coffee spots/cafes, hiking, and being a mom to her amazing daughter, who keeps her life full of joy.
Luke Mehl, C.Ph.T.
Luke has been in Pharmacy since 2024. He has a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Ferris State University, and a B.S. in Human Biology from Michigan State University, where he is currently getting his M.S. in accounting and data analytics. In his free time he enjoys watching sports, reading, and listening to music.
Andy Reis, C.Ph.T.
Andy has been working in pharmacy since 2000 and has been with Healthway since 2004. Andy is our number one capsule compounder. He plays the Jaansun capsule machine like an instrument. He never knew compounding medication was something that was done, but here he is more than 20 years later, ensuring patients get the best compounding medications they can.
Morgan VerBerkmoes, C.Ph.T.
Morgan has been in pharmacy since 2020. She has a dog and a cat that are her entire world. She enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and doing makeup. When she is not in the pharmacy, you can find her spending quality time with friends and family.
Jenna Henkel, C.Ph.T.
Jenna has been in the pharmacy world since 2022. She started in Marietta, Georgia where she was born and raised after receiving her Bachelor’s of General Chemistry from KSU. Since moving with her significant other and two cats to Michigan, she’s set up shop in the Heathway compounding lab to perfect her craft.
Danyelle Mosqueda
Danyelle has been working in pharmacy and at Healthway since 2019. Danyelle can get any EMP unguator back to new condition, as well as keep the pharmacy looking pristine. She highly enjoys her coworkers here, which makes working here awesome.
Brayden Girard
Brayden is a pre-pharmacy student at the University of Michigan who recently completed his first year of undergraduate studies in 2026. He is excited to continue learning about the pharmacy field and gaining experience in healthcare. Outside of pharmacy, Brayden plays trumpet and piano. You will most likely find him in the theater with friends, enjoying everything from movies to musicals.Â
