Amy Dwyer, R.Ph. and Nutritionist, joined Healthway Pharmacy of St. Charles in 1999 as a compounding pharmacist. A 1991 graduate of Ferris State University, Dwyer worked previously as a pharmacist with Wal-Mart and Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw. In addition to her hospital inpatient experience, Amy also has experience working in nursing home pharmacy, outpatient pharmacy and she is certified in diabetes management.

Amy has been with Healthway Compounding Pharmacy since 2005 and spends her time focusing on quality assurance, problem solving, nutritional counseling, and patient education. She works closely with patients and physicians to provide information which has proven to be successful in leading to better sleep, more energy, better GI health, and less allergies.

Amy thoroughly enjoys working at Healthway Compounding Pharmacy as she feels she learns so much every day from her colleagues, clients, and physicians. In her free time, Amy enjoys watching hockey and pom pon performances, going to school functions and school board meetings, and volunteering at East Side soup kitchen and Watson Foundation.
